Our history
Pride Of The Shore Flute Band was formed in 1985 on the Shore Road.
Band highlights
Like most bands, we’ve had our ups and downs, but the highs that have kept the strength in the band have included the Festival of Marching Bands, playing at the MAC Theatre, travelling to the Somme to celebrate our 40th anniversary, and winning best in the Blood ‘n’ Thunder section at the last 12th of July parade.
Supporting local charities
Pride Of The Shore regularly donates to local charities, including N.I. Hospice, Action Cancer and Community Bands.
